Complete Capabilities

What The Work Involves
Construction is a sequence of decisions, approvals and field work. The descriptions below show how Archéform organizes each major project category.
Whether the work is limited to one room or extends throughout the home, we organize the sequence before demolition begins. Existing conditions, owner selections, long-lead materials and building-system changes are identified early so the project can move with fewer surprises.
New square footage requires more than construction alone. Zoning, setbacks, structural design, utility capacity, access and the connection to the existing property all affect cost and schedule. We help turn those separate requirements into one buildable plan.
Commercial spaces must support the business while satisfying building, fire, accessibility and landlord requirements. We coordinate the work around occupancy goals, equipment needs, trade responsibilities and required closeout documentation.
Exterior work succeeds or fails during preparation. We review access, surface condition, localized damage and the correct repair sequence before coatings or finish work are applied.

How We Work
Each phase is confirmed before the next begins, keeping decisions, costs and responsibilities clear.
We define the goal, site conditions, priorities and budget.
The work is translated into drawings, selections and a documented proposal.
We coordinate approvals, trades, material planning and the construction schedule.
Work is managed through inspections, corrections, final walkthrough and documentation.
Predictable Delivery
Clear inclusions, exclusions, selections and responsibilities reduce expensive assumptions.
Permits, inspections, materials and subcontractors are planned around the actual construction sequence.
Final corrections, inspections, walkthrough items and project documentation are tracked through completion.
Build With Accountability
Unplanned demolition, unclear responsibilities and unlicensed work can create delays, failed inspections and costly disputes. Archéform Construction provides licensed oversight, written scope and consistent communication from start to finish.
