How we manage the work

Connected from planning through completion.

After mitigation is complete, the property still needs a clear reconstruction scope. We review the released work area, identify remaining conditions and coordinate the trades required to return the space to a safe, finished and usable condition.

Post-mitigation review

Released areas, demolition limits, concealed conditions and required documentation are reviewed before reconstruction pricing.

Rebuild coordination

Framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, painting and building-system corrections are sequenced for reconstruction.

Partner-ready communication

We coordinate with owners, property managers and qualified mitigation or restoration partners around access, scope boundaries and completion.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before construction

Do you perform mold or hazardous-material remediation?

Specialty mitigation, testing and hazardous-material work must be completed and released by appropriately qualified providers. Archéform focuses on the licensed reconstruction scope that follows.

Can you work with a restoration company?

Yes. We can review the handoff information and coordinate a separate reconstruction scope after the mitigation company completes its work.
